Passion Fruit-Banana Smoothie

Get a cold blast of fruity-creamy goodness with her Passion Fruit-Banana Smoothie. (If you try this recipe, get a grownup's help because it requires using a knife and the blender.)

Prep time: 15 minutes

What you need:

  • 8 passion fruits, seeded and flesh removed
  • 4 bananas, peeled
  • 2 cups fat-free plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 8 ice cubes

Equipment and supplies:

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Knife
  • Blender

What to do:

  1. In a blender, combine the passion fruits, bananas, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth.
