I'm always either at school or work. What type of workout is best for my busy schedule?
– Jules*
Teens should get an hour or more of exercise every day. The good news is, you don't have to do it all at once.
Try getting up 15 minutes early to fit in some morning yoga or Pilates for strength and flexibility. At lunchtime, jog or fast-walk for 20 minutes to raise your heart rate and boost energy levels. Do the same between school and work. Or use your workout as a way to get to a destination, like biking or walking to school or work.
