Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes

Recipe makes: 2 servings

What you need:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • Coarsely crushed ice

Equipment and supplies:

  • Measuring cups
  • Blender or food processor

What to do:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
