Tropical Ball of Cheese

Note: This recipe is especially for teens who must avoid gluten, a type of protein found in many foods.

Prep time: 30 minutes

What you need:

  • 8-ounce package of light cream cheese, softened
  • 4-ounce container of light tropical fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

What to do:

  1. Cut tropical fruit into smaller pieces.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, fruit, and ½ cup walnuts.
  3. Chill well in refrigerator.
  4. Mold into a ball and roll cheese in remaining ½ cup of nuts.
