Children’s Minnesota Hospital Board of Directors adds two new members

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL (February 2, 2022) – Children’s Minnesota announced today the appointment of two new members to its hospital board of directors, as well as the full slate of officers and board members for 2022. This week, Garfield Bowen and Jeff von Gillern will begin their 3-year term on the hospital board of directors.

“Our community has relied on Children’s Minnesota as the kid experts in our region for nearly a century and our board of directors is essential to ensuring the voices of our community are at the core of everything we do,” said Dr. Marc Gorelick, president and CEO of Children’s Minnesota. “I’m confident that Garfield and Jeff will provide invaluable insight as we begin a new strategic plan that will help us shape the future of our health system.”

The newly appointed members bring unique perspectives in not only operations, information technology and innovation but social justice and strategy.
