Need to blow your nose? Congestion happens when your nose gets stuffy and makes it hard to breathe. Usually, you have congestion when you have a cold or allergies and your nose gets plugged up with mucus (otherwise known as snot). Being congested is no fun, but you'll feel better with rest, lots of fluids, and the right kind of medicine.
