Abuse: What if I Need Help Right Now?

If you are going through abuse, or if you know someone who is, tell an adult you trust. If you don’t have an adult you can turn to, you can contact a helpline. Trained, caring people are there 24 hours a day to help. They can listen and talk with you about your situation. They can suggest next steps to take. It’s free and confidential.
