Our overarching treatment goal is to support young people in returning to daily activities and reaching goals in life that matter most to them, as they learn and apply skills to better manage primary pain disorder and symptoms.

Individual therapy

Medical visits, physical therapy and psychology services are provided in an outpatient setting. Physical therapy and psychology visits typically occur weekly to every other week, while medical visits occur approximately every 6-8 weeks.

Group treatment program for high school patients

High school students and parents benefit from peer support in our group treatment program as they learn and practice pain rehabilitative skills with peers who share common experiences of chronic pain/symptoms significantly interfering in their lives. Group treatment consists of six group sessions, with teen-only and parent-only components, along with individual sessions at the intake appointment, mid-treatment appointment and end of treatment.
