OCD care for teens and families
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) can be overwhelming for both teens and their families. At Children’s Minnesota Specialty Center – Lakeville, we offer a compassionate OCD partial hospitalization program (PHP) designed specifically for adolescents ages 12 to 18.
The OCD PHP program runs Monday – Friday, for 5 hours per day, over a span of 6–8 weeks.
Patients in the OCD treatment program will receive
- A combination of group, individual and family therapy.
- Education, skills training and coaching from our therapy team.
- Art and music therapy.
- Medication management from our psychiatric medication providers.
- Case management services to create a plan for what comes next after PHP.
