Teen room

Children’s Minnesota knows teens have significantly different needs than younger patients. The teen room at Children’s Minnesota is designed to give teens a place of their own.

About our teen room

The teen room is a special space designed for teens (13 years old and older) to escape their hospital rooms and relax in a comfortable, home-like environment.

Thanks to the help of Minnesota Wild, and suggestions from the Youth Advisory Council, patients, siblings and friends are able to enjoy a space that features:

  • A large flat panel TV
  • Gaming systems
  • Theater and gaming chairs
  • Internet accessibility
  • Games like foosball and air and bubble hockey
  • Movies, books, magazines, art supplies and games

Teen room location

You can find the teen room at the Children’s Minnesota hospital in St. Paul. It’s located in the Sky Tower on the 6th floor.
