List of honorees demonstrates broad range of pediatric specialties offered at Children’s Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS (September 9, 2020) – Children’s Minnesota is proud to congratulate 161 physicians who were recognized as 2020 Top Doctors by Minnesota Monthly magazine. The 2020 list includes more than 900 physicians from the Twin Cities in 70 specialties.

“We are honored to see our physicians recognized for their dedication to providing high quality, compassionate care to our young patients,” said Dr. Emily Chapman, chief medical officer and vice president of medical affairs at Children’s Minnesota. “Our remarkable physicians and teams who support them strive to develop better ways to treat children and reimage health care.”

The annual list was determined by a survey of thousands of licensed doctors in the Twin Cities, based on a list provided by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Physicians are asked to name three doctors they would recommend if a family member needed medical care. Physicians who received the highest number of votes comprise the list.

The 2020 Top Doctors can be found in the September issue of Minnesota Monthly magazine and published online.
