From the northwest:

Drive I-94 to the Weaver Lake Road exit. Turn left onto Weaver Lake Road and continue to Elm Creek Boulevard; turn right. The clinic is on right side of the street.

From the northeast:

Drive I-35W south. Merge onto I-694 West. Exit at Hemlock Lane, turn right. Continue to Elm Creek Boulevard, turn left. The clinic is on the left side of the street.

From the southwest:

Drive I-494 north. Merge onto I-694 east. Exit at Hemlock Lane, turn north. Continue to Elm Creek Boulevard, turn left. The clinic is on the left side of the street.

From the southeast:
