Our Welcome Centers are the concierge for the hospital. They provide a welcoming environment for patients, families and visitors. And, they can also:
- Answer questions
- Give directions
- Issue photo ID badges
- Accept and deliver flowers and gifts to patients
- Connect visitors and families with hospital resources and amenities

Children’s Minnesota Hospital – St. Paul has two Welcome Centers:
- Floor 1, near the emergency department
- Floor 2, near the Children’s Minnesota main entrance
