Introducing: Kid Experts On Demand and Kid Experts Showcase

Caroline Njau speakingAs the regional leader of pediatric health care, Children’s Minnesota physicians and other health care providers are truly The Kid Experts™.

Clinical and nonclinical staff affiliated with Children’s Minnesota are regularly invited to speak at local, national and international conferences, as well as a variety of professional and informal educational events. So, in an effort to better reflect our position as The Kid Experts and the services we provide to communities, we’ve renamed our speakers bureau to Kid Experts On Demand; our database of speakers is now called Kid Experts Showcase.

Kid Experts On Demand

Through this program, allied health professionals, health care organizations, employee and community groups can hear directly from Children’s Minnesota professionals about the latest in pediatric research, clinical procedures and innovations in a broad range of areas, including:

  • Cancer and blood disorders
  • Cardiovascular care
  • Fetal
  • Mental health
  • Neonatology
  • Neuroscience
  • Pediatric surgical care
  • Perinatology
  • Primary care
  • Trauma
  • Other specialty areas

Continuing education credits could be received for attending a Kid Experts On Demand presentation, which can be in person or online. Requests for a kid expert speaker can be made by completing this form.

Add yourself to Kid Experts Showcase

Kid Experts Showcase is our internal database of all speaking engagements by clinical and nonclinical Children’s Minnesota employees and professional staff. All employees and professional staff are asked to report how and where they are sharing knowledge and showing up as The Kid Experts™.

Tracking speaking and outreach activities allows us to highlight the expertise of individuals and the collective impact of our organization on other health professionals and communities. Please complete this simple form to tell us about your presentation, community engagement or other outreach activity.

If you have been contacted by someone from the news or trade media to give an interview or provide information, or invited to participate in a podcast or other social media communication, please notify [email protected]. For more urgent media requests you can contact the media pager: 651-629-2253
