Expert thrombosis diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up services

You are in expert hands at the Children’s Minnesota Thrombosis (Blood Clot) Program. Our dedicated thrombosis team provides a complete range of care for infants, children, and adolescents (Birth to age 21) experiencing a blood clot or a thrombotic disorder.

Some patients will need treatment for a short period of time, while others may require lifelong attention. This all depends on the reason for the clot and each child’s unique situation. Because no two patients are just alike, we provide a personalized approach to thrombosis diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
