Perinatal palliative birth planning care

We provide specialized support to expecting families facing a potentially life-threatening or life-limiting diagnosis. This support is often referred to as palliative care, and it includes the services of experts in multiple disciplines, working together to meet each family’s unique needs. Care is individualized to support parents and partners throughout pregnancy and after birth.

Team members from this multidisciplinary approach may include: maternal-fetal medicine specialists, pediatric palliative care providers, advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), genetic counselors, care coordinators, clinical ethics and social workers.
