Does this clinic offer urgent care?
No, Children’s Minnesota Primary Care Clinic – West St. Paul does not offer urgent care. However, we do offer walk-in care for new and current patients, which is a level of care that provides many of the same services as urgent care. We treat the below conditions:

- Vomiting and diarrhea
- Rash

When to make an appointment instead of using walk-in care?
If your child needs a well-child exam, has ongoing symptoms such as stomachaches and headaches, or special or complex health care needs, please call for an appointment. What should I bring to my child’s appointment?
Please bring:
- Your insurance card
- Photo ID
- Payment for any applicable co‑pay (collected at the time of service)
How can I access my child’s medical record?
MyChildren’s is a secure online portal that lets you access parts of your child’s Children’s Minnesota medical record from your phone or computer. With MyChildren’s, you can:
- View lab results, immunizations, allergies, and visit summaries
- Request, schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Send messages to your child’s care team
You can sign in online or ask clinic staff for help enrolling. Parents or legal guardians must request access for patients under age 18. You can also enroll by calling Health Information Management at 612‑813‑6216.

Does this clinic offer care for patients over 18?
Children’s Minnesota and Partners in Pediatrics primary care clinics are no longer accepting new patients aged 18+. Existing patients may continue care through age 22 and will then transition to adult care. Your care team can help guide you through this transition.
How do I pay my clinic bill online?
You can pay your clinic bill online using our secure payment portal. Please refer to your billing statement for the balance owed, as your balance will not appear in the portal.
What is the online bill payment refund policy?
All payments made through Children’s Minnesota online bill pay are eligible for a refund. To request a payment cancellation or refund, please call Children’s Financial Customer Service at 952‑992‑5560.
Refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days.

The West St. Paul Clinic offers walk-in care on:

No appointment is needed for walk-in care. Please note that we may close walk-in care early due to increased patient volume.
