Diabetes Connect support group

Diabetes Connect Support Group

Diabetes Connect is a group for kids ages 5 – 14 living with diabetes. It offers a safe space to connect and share experiences. The group is held on the second Tuesday of the month during the school year, October through April, in the Child Life Zone at the Children’s Minnesota St. Paul campus.

Beginning in November, there is a parent/caregiver support group offered while the kids are in their group. If parent(s) do not wish to attend the parent support group, parent(s) must remain on campus throughout the duration of group.

Please sign up to be included on the e-mail distribution list. Each month, a reminder will be sent along with a registration. Please register your child for the months you plan to attend group.
